Hey all. I have a 2900 that will not return paper back to home position after printing in either roll. Roll 1 remains about an inch past the top of the drawer exit towards the cutter and roll 2 stops while still up in the path in front of roll 1. Hope this makes sense. This of course causes a paper jam message. The customer can roll the paper back down manually and make another print but cannot do multiples.

Sounds like a clutch. Did you try swapping them around?
