Sad Got a "trial" job from an ex-customer today and halfway thru the 640 prints the E-05 popped up. Son will finish job but what the heck is a Processor motor? From my reading it seems to be anything from a circuit board/drum motor/LED head or controller? If masked, prints come out blank and the drum doesn't turn so toner builds up on it. The LED light flashed, there was a Zap sound and I just turned it all off and unplugged it.
Oh and BTW-the gear I put on the drum is still there and working Laughing so it wasn't that.

A very dear person (A.K.A. CHILLIN) had sent a PW-2355 for my wire cleaning E-16 error I'd been masking for years after the "real" tech misdiagnosed the problem; however I had hesitated to install it myself for fear of maybe breaking something else more important. My son installed the PW-2355 (while the machine is already apart and the book says "motor driver" why not?) and not only does the wire cleaner work - the drum is working and no E-05. Personally I believe God foresaw this issue and inspired the events that provided the part. And my little wire-cleaning buddies are happy to have their job back.
