Meter B wont stay cleared.

I have a client that has a kip 3000, they will clear the meter B on the gui after certin amount of time (to track much they ran ) but now the meter clears but when they recheck the meter counts they will match meter A and meter B will have the same total.Anyone seen this and know of a solution?
