Had a customer call with E-031 errors. After looking at the main charge there was a bunch of toner on and around the wire. I took the dev unit out and there was a lot of toner on the right side of the dev unit. Took it apart and guess what the cleaning blade was not all the way out to the right. I was assured by KIP that with the new design of the cleaning blade this would not happen. After adjusting the blade and cleaning the machine it is printing fine but not sure if it will happen again or on any other machines. All of this toner was out of the printable area so there was not any image quality issues.

Of the 3000's I have in the field this is the highest usage at 27300sqft.

Thought I should share....
