Kip 6000 with 6.5 on the controller. The power supply on the controller went bad, after that issue was resolved the PDF option no longer works. I tested the dongle on a diffrent machine and it worked fine. Looked through the ini file but nothing caught my attention.
Any suggestions? |

Is it printing the pdf with a message across the drawing?
You may want to open Request, then go to Online and make sure Powerprint Online Features does not have a check mark beside it.
Not sure why the power supply would affect this, but worth looking at anyway. |

Go to unattended ini file and locate line "check hardware lock multiple" and type true
The pc only looks at it on boot up if set to "false" |
