Has anyone run into this yet? It only happened on one PC. I suspect it was user error but even after a uninstall/reinstall it's still gone. And yes it's set to IP. |

make sure you click on request on the rigth printer, you migth be connected through KIP0 port. |

Make sure that:
CheckScanDir=1
Is set in your winreq.ini file, if this is set to zero the program will not check for scans. |
