i have a kip 3000 that when the client is printing a drawing with grayscale, fine lines & bold lines the fine lines are faint or gone.i ran the internal prints and they are good. changed printer density to the darkest settings on the GUI with no help.DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN GET THE KIP TO PICK UP THE FINE GRAY LINES OR CAN T THE KIP PICK UP THESE LINES?
Thanks for any input.

There is a few thing that you can play with the density but to send you at the good place, please give us more detail...
What software version you have ?
It is a PDF file ? Autocad file ?
It is from Windows driver ( by same time, witch version ) ?
It is from Request ?
Generaly, you can adjust a lot of thing in PrintNet. |
