| I am getting a Runtime Error 54 when I boot up the printer and when I try to log in to unattend on the controller from a workstation. What can I do to fix this problem? |

| Does Unattend open for you? If not the the .ini is probably corrupt. go to c:\programfiles\kip\Unattend and look for winuntd.ini. Open this file, if it is blank than it is corrupt. I am assuming you are running an older version of software. If you have a d: drive then go to d:\programfiles\kip\unattend\winuntd.ini. |
