Got 2 3000's. one was fine, the other came in missing developer unit and toner hopper assembly.

Got told by "Alponso" to basically F!@#$ off, not their problem.

This was not a parts machine, and I have become accustomed to getting the whole machine when I pay for the whole machine.

Many people I talk to have had problems with them. Please share your stories.

As I peel back the layers of onion on these guys, I am learning more and more.

1. Apparently, the practice of removing pricey components and failing to disclose that they have been removed is quite common.

2. The "high bids" are bullsh!t. They pump it up to maximize returns for the lease companies, few sales ever go off at these "bid" prices.

3. They have made a conscious choice to make quick short-term profits at the expense of dealers who don't know any better.

4. Although impractical on the surface, dealers would do well to remove themselves from the e-mail braodcast lists and refuse to participate in this rigged game.

I have been looking for a new hobby, I think I may have found it.

I want to hear your stories.
