I have a 6000 that has begun printing the 'purchase this pdf option' watermark. They do have the hardware lock for the pdf license. The odd thing is the it is printing it with dwg files as well as pdf files. This one has got me stumped. It is also intermittent. They had the issue yesterday, and turned it off and restarted and it was alright. Then it returned today. It is also printing vertical stripes down the left side of the page. The print is continuous until they shut down the printer. The stripes go in about 4" and there is nothing else on the sheet.
Any ideas? |
