I have a customer that say's when they try to scan they get error 650 software code has anyone seen this ?

| What did you find causing this error 650? We just got one doing the same thing. I'm looking at new lamps eventhough all 3 do light up. |

This has been several machines ago if my menory severs me correct what I did was went in and found some trash on one of the mirrors I too it down and clean everything and the code went away. I hope this helps you I know I did not replace any parts
