If this is the same Copy Land in Texas that I have dealt with, then they have been as bad (if not worse) than you say since at least the mid '80s.
I wouldn't buy from them if it was a new machine in a factory sealed box.

He is a real winner, I got a custyomer to whom I have know for 35 years, I went to 1st grade with the cat, and he screwed them and gave me a song an dance.
I willpersonally drive down to Dallas with the unit and call the news and bring a generator and run the damb peice of shit !!!
