Is it possible to replicate the quality of a scan to file that we get when scanning to the print engine (copy) We have a customer claiming they no longer get the quality they once had with the 2050. Originals contain screened or grey scale lines. We have adjusted scan seetings to that of the deafult copy settings per KIP.
