How do you change the power save mode on this scanner? Thanks!

Thought the issue we were having would be resolved by turning off the power saver mode but guess not. The scanner when not in use for awhile keeps turning itself off. Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks!

Go into diagnostics, select number 13 and set it to "0"

We unfortunately don't have access to changing the 13 to a 0. If just shows a dash instead. KIP is sending us an older firmware version so we can change the default to 0. Thanks!

Just download it off the KIP website 1.3 version.
Also look at KIP TB-2100-003a and
TB-2100-002 talks a little more about it.
