| Had a customer call with a 8000 fold unit reporting a jam in the crossfold but she could not see any paper. This customer is on a base so it only take 30 min just to get to her, but that be another story. I come in check the machine for the paper jam in the cross fold and see nothing, restart the folder still have the cross fold jam. Its been an hour now i have openend every door purged the machine, taken off every panel check to see all the sensors were working. This folder is special because it has a hole punch, one of the little dots was in just the right spot that a sensor read it as paper being present causing the jam message. WOW! just WOW! |
