I have problem with kip 2001, the problem is paper roll 1 unloading intermittent, I replace ph1 (paper set sensor), both clutch, brake, I ajust brake and I check all screw is tight, I replace ph2a (paper end clock 1st), I clean all contact in the drawer and I replace the holder counter roller #6601300041. I clean all rubber roller. Do you have any idea ? Thanks for your help.

I had this happen a couple of months ago. Is drawer 2 doing it as well? In my case, drawer 1 was backing out and drawer 2 was jamming. Turned out there was a piece of paper in the cutter. I cleaned the cutter and all was good. |

I assume you have swapped spindles? |

I have to return monday to the customer and check the cutter unit, thanks for your help. |

The roll of paper may be slipping on the spindle. If so, remove the roll gripper on the spindle assy. and flatten the tooth end on both sides with a hammer. this will, in effect, make the teeth longer so they grip better _________________ Ride To Live

they have a gripper mod kit and this kit works grate. _________________ Charlie

Finaly i change the drawer to solve the problem, i dont know for what reason probably a wire ?
