Everything seem to be peacefully until one day, my customer call to my office. He said that the scanner can't do the Scan-To-File mode, think that it was simple problem i went to his office. I already change the SCSI cable, SCSI card and also Terminator, but it won't works. Since the Scanner connected to KIPSTAR 2000, i tried to do the copy mode, the scanner working normally. What should i do then???.. Need help..

It depends on what the error is.
If it is a sense key error, you need to install the ASPI installer, and check that it is updated |
