Ok I need your help I have a 2050 the touch panel lcd not working if you go to the zoom screen it start runnning zoom up as soon as you open that screen it dose stop when you go to anought screen also if you stay at that sceen it stop when it max out at 400%. all buttons work fine out side the touch screen

| Try replacing the touch screen. They do go out once in awhile especially if the users press them hard all the time. And tell the person that uses the scanner the most that it's a touch screen not a pound screen... |

I took and pull the hold display section from a 2100 and try it work fine boss say the only diffent he saw was the color one gray the other blue so the inshop unit has a blue display
