I have a Kip 2200 that will cycle on for 10 sec then power down and if you turn off the unit for a couple minutes it will recycle for ten sec I try a new power supply that had no luck all fans come on for 10 sec and the touch screen. going back tomorrow with the other pwbs lucky I have a scanner I can pull pwb from any one seen this .

After trying all the boards with no luck I then started trying the fans on of the fans was causing this problem the one back side plug side.

I know this is a little after the fact since you got it fix, but KIP does have a TIP-K98-001 Scanner Power Off regarding this issue, but it does say the fan near the power supply.
