Screen shows please wait on start up then goes directly to error.
Resat all connectors inside and out.
Made sure all boards are connected tightly.
Glass and platen clean.

I'm at a point I put a call into KIP and waiting at customers.

Anyone run into this before?

Thanks

This Kip tip has personally never worked for me. Everytime I have this issue, it ends up being the CPU board, and this board really affects your pocket

I had this same issue 2 weeks ago I was able to force start up ( hold the start button and press 1) on power up and update the firmware. It saved me a ton time and money.
