We recently got a new computer. After setting up the printer we installed the kip request. For some reason the pull down options (job name, requester, and billable) are not there. We can print from the Kip request. We just can't bring over the info in those fields, which all our other computers have and can use. Is there a way to transfer the information to the new Kip request? |

Have a look in - C:/program files/kip/request/winreq.ini
Make sure the line that says "UnifiedAccounting=1" actually does equal 1 and not 0. If you using an old version of request, this option will not be there |

Like Brainz says, check for unified accounting line in the ini file. If it is not there put it in. I don't think it matters where, somewhere at the beginning is where it usually is.
Make sure you are using the "KIP0" port and not a TCP/IP port. The kip port gives the bidirectional communication accounting needs to propagate the accounting data out.
