An EF error code can be caused by a shorting transfer assm. I would replace the wires and clean all around the TS assm. If that does'nt fix it, I would replace the fuser motor and driver board together.

To get to the transfer/seperation assembly open the "clamshell" it is located under the drum. There are two plugs on the right hand side you have to unplugg then the assembly lifts up and out. You need to clean the whole assembly and replace the corona wires.
