I have an old Kip1880 at a customer which had lots of problems. I replaced the exit sensor for jamming, the drum unit for toner spilling and clutches for paper slipping, and the pressure roller for the creasing.

The machine still creases intermittantly, and I have noticed the paper raises in the middle before it reaches the fuser unit, and therefor gets fed into the fuser unit skew causing the creasing.

Any help would be appreciated.
