I get this as soon as the print goes over seperation corona. I have completely stripped dev unit and rebuilt it cleaned out the entire drum housing developer unit is perfect. Any suggestions before I go back? |

Try replacing the whole Trans/Sep Unit. I had this happen on a 2000 last week and it fixed it. |

I had the same issue on a 6K recently. Replaced the end blocks (usually the problem), but this time it didn't help. Wound up being the height adjusters. _________________ "Learn how to work, Kid" - BTLS |

Thanks for the info guys. I replaced the tr/sp end bloks and now is running fine. |
