We have a 5000 that wrinkles the paper. Machine is 3 weeks old and this started after 1st week. Does not matter what drawer is used. Worse on 36 inch than 17in. Does not happen all the time-about 1 out of 15. Wrinkles sides of paper mostly. Paper feeds out of machine straight. Copies average any where from 6 to 15 feet in length. Have checked and set fuser to kip specs. I would appreciate any ideas of what else to check. |

I would start by playing with the fuser speeds if it is on long prints only. |
