Today my 2900 won't let me print, giving me the error that the toner waste bottle is full. It only had about 3/4" of toner in it, but I emptied it anyway and keep reseating the bottle trying to get the message to clear. What can I do to clear the error? |

You have to make sure that the protrusion near the top of the waste bottle is clean. That protrusion fits inside the sensor. It must be clean enough for light to penetrate. I use hemostats or tweezers and a small, damp cloth to clean. Have you tried a new waste bottle? _________________ "Learn how to work, Kid" - BTLS |
