This is long over due, but I wanted to express my satisfaction with the level of support we have received from the software group at KIP.
First Rajeev has always provided our company with the most outstanding software support I have experienced to date. I hope they give this guy a big raise and keep him around for a long time.
After dealing with Oce’s support or lack there of, KIP support looks like a huge shining star. They do go out of their way to help resolve the problems that pop up on occasion. They have also flown guys out to see first hand, what problems we have discovered and to work side by side with us. I even witnessed them rewrite a software application overnight for a customer.
A big kudos to all the KIP software guys. Thanks for a job well done. |
