I have a client that wants to run 24lb paper through a KIP 3000. Has anyone done this? Will it be ok or cause problems? Thanks in advance...

WE HAVE DONE THIS, BUT THE ONLY THING WE HAD GREAT LUCK WITH IS CUT SHEET. WITH IT BEING THAT HEAVY ON A ROLL IT DOES NOT WANT TO FEED CORRECTLY. HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS YOU OUT.

I have two clients with a KIP 3000 that run 24lb paper on 500' rolls. I have made no adjustments and they run fine. One client has ran this way for over two years with no problems and the other for 4 months.

I've had nothing but trouble printing 24lb from the back roll. If it's up front it seems fine.
