Have a customer with an 8825 that is not seeing a mask/hatch pattern behind some text. Is this a driver issue or a printer setting issue?

If it is coming from ACAD, be sure to set the lines merge function to ON. |

It is coming out of Autocad. I will check the setting.
Another question, I have a customer with a 510dp that is not printing a customers certain color/line weights correctly. They may be hatch patterns, I am not sure yet. Any thoughts or should I check the same settings? |
