I agree. It's new and should work. You're a new tech and probably doubt your abilities at times, which can be expected. But the Doc is right.
It's time to package this box up and ship it back KIP - collect.
Just phone KIP and tell them your shipping it back and would like a replacement ASAP. Rattle the damn cage. Good luck bro! |
