I have a customer with a KIP 3000 that has starting repeating the occassional job. They will send 20 prints, it will print page 1 over and over and over. Apparently the touch screen beeps and flashes Error 44 before repeating the print. This customer is out of town, and I would like to troubleshoot prior to scheduling service visit. Thanks in advance for the help!

| try going into the background queue and clearing that there might be something in there causing the loop otherwise ghosting the controller has been the last resort |

Turns out it is a glitch in the 6.5.362 patch. The 6.5.485 patch clears it up.
