I've got a machine that works when I get there, and then will begin printing blanks. I've done all that I know, mostly concerning developer bias issues, and no matter what, this problem comes back. I've removed the e clip from dev drive shaft, cleaned any toner out of it, improved dev. bias contact, and I thought I had it yesterday, but 4 hours later I got the voicemail. I don't get a voltage fault, and everything else looks fine. I even clipped the tiewraps on the bias leads. Could this be mechanical? |

Is it possible that the copy density is being set to a very low number and causing the printer to shoot blanks? |

thanks for the reply. It is an intermittent problem, and it seems to be a power delivery issue, since the machine resides in a remodeled church in excess of 100 years old (looks FABULOUS! to an architect!) a line conditioner showed a problem from the moment I plugged it in. Thanks for replying! |
