|
|
Hi,
We recently installed our first Kip-3000, and the customer has asked about unlocking the sleep/energy saver settings.
According to the users manual, they first need to be unlocked in service mode, but I have not found any service settings in the manual for it. The closest I have found are the fuser temp settings for cold and warm sleep.
Does anyone know what/where in service mode needs to be unlocked for the user to change the settings?
Thanks!

Hit "?" then "service".. Code is 8495107.
Then on one of the pages you can press the "lock graphic" next to the sleep settings to toggle on and off the locking of those options. |
