Hi everyone,
I need some helps from you guys. I have a customer who had a Kip 3000 machine. Each time he make a photocopy, his right hand side and top right side had been truncated.
May i know what caused that ? And is there any solution to solve it.

First, make sure he has the correct size paper in the printer. Depending on the width of the paper, make sure he has it set to the correct Architectural or Engineering setting. It will cut off if you have the wrong setting. Let me know if I've just confused you. |
