You know how the copy screen and job info screen show how much paper is loaded on each roll (e.g. up to 4 bars = 100% full).
I've got a new unit on 6.5.362 and sometimes the indicators are blank.
It seems to be inconsistent. Was on our show floor for 2 days then installed. Rolls are 75-100% full (36" and 30").
What controls this? |

does the ready indicator show up that the machine is warmed up? I had a drive in a controller go bad and when I ghosted it, the thing would boot but show no paper and no ready indicator. I shut down the gui and unattend showed no I/F card found. I put in a new drive and everything works fine, but the voltage errors that it throws randomley now.
If it is a beige controller replace it. I had 4 blow up this month. It sucks to replace them, especially at 800 a pop, but the motherboards in them are pieces of shit.
