I have a Kip 3000 that has work great for the last two years. The other day It just wouldn't fully boot up. It sounds like it is doing its thing but the screen doesn't light up and it won't print or copy. Any thoughts??????? |

Controller problem. It sounds like the machine is coming to ready.. and if the touchscreen had no power, you would still get network prints.
Could be power supply or motherboard.. I think more likely power supply because a bad motherboard usually gives you some graphics. |

We have tried to copy and print to the kip but nothing seems to work.
When we feed an original to make a copy it takes the paper but noting else
happens. |

There is a problem with the computer in the back of the machine. By the sounds of it.. likely needs a new power supply. This repair costs under 100.00 for the part. Do you have a delaer to service the unit for you? do you have an IT guy (or yourself) that can swap out the power supply? |

It sounds like you have the infamous beige box. RMA it and get a newer controller. |
