I have a customer that has a scanner that will randomly stall. He could be copying or scanning a set of drawings or a single drawing and then the scanner will lock up and not take any prints. A reboot will not work and he has to reboot and unplug the machine from the outlet and let it sit for a min. or two. This will get the scanner going again. I checked all wires, rollers and sensors. Any suggestions?
