last 10 mm coming out of the fuser is dirty. drum has toner on it at end of cycle. did all the upgrades per all kip bullitins including new style tx unit an firmware that came with it. new drum. went for the bucks and put in new dev unit which solved problem at 53k sq.
now 10k later its back. all hard voltages are dead on per manual and all buds are where the new firmware put them. tried to repressureize dev unit per kip and that didnt help. i have 4 units doing it. |

| still trying will let you know. dont go with all the mods yet. new dev unit fixed it for a month. they say the regulation roller is not pressureised enough. well its all the way and still have issues. they are sending someone to look |
