22003's are usually caused by static. If you are using non-OEM rollers, be sure the all the roller bearings are new. I have had to go so far as to tape a small piece of steel wool to the cleaning roller shafts to help ground the cleaners. I know it sounds mickey mouse, but it does work for the non Oce rollers.
There is a square shaft with black fingers clipped to it in the paper exit section. When replacing the 45 and 55 cleaners, it is easy to knock them out of place. They can jam against a shaft and will cause a great deal of static.

When you get the error, there will be a sub-code shown on the cpu pba. That will help isolate what the issue is.

You probably already know, but you can always call Doug @ 9800 service. He has forgotten more about servicing machines than most of us will ever know.

I am getting this with a sub code of 4.
Where exactly did you tape the steel wool?

On both sides of the shaft, about halfway between the bearings on the end and the bushings closer to the middle.

What Scott said. I went a step further, I took 12-14 ga solid wire, attached carbon brushes to one end and grounded the other end. Then form the wire so the brush floats against the end of the rolls. Ground them all, cleaners and pressure roll. There are several ground screws you can use. If you've never seen this issue before pull the side panel, turn the lights off in the room and run some prints.

Another cause of 22003's is bad batteries on both the CPU and CPU I/O board.

Even a new board from OCE doesn't correct it always because the batteries have an estimated 7 year life span and many of these boards are older than that from sitting on the shelf.

I can replace batteries if anyone is interested.

Good luck.
