Is the kip 3000 able to handle custom paper sizes? I can see the kip custom form size option, but i can't seem to save it as a certain size. ie all users see the kip custom form size, when its changed it changes on everyones computer. I want to be able to create a few different sheet sizes and have them saved separately under different names. Am i missing something obvious here?

The best way to make custom page sizes is in the server properties.

Windows start menu
Open "printers and faxes"
Click "file"
Click "server properties"
Check box "create new form"

Fairly self explanatory from there.

This will create custom sizes at the workstation only.
If the printer is shared off a server, creating a custom size on the server will not make it available to everyone.

Let me know if this helps.

sorry for the late reply scott.... thanks for the tip, but we need all of the computers on the network to be able to see the new custom sizes. It doesn't seem right that we would have to make each custom size on each individual workstation. Does anyone have any ideas on creating custom sheet sizes that are available across a network? Thanks in advance.

You could share the printer accross the network thru one computer or your server. But then you are using that computer for a print server and not the IPS, And it may slow down the click to clunk time. (the time from you hitting the enter key and the machines starts to print)
