A 6000 we have went into E-21 code the other day. A thermostat was bad. We replaced it and the machine ran for about an hour and then the thermostat went out again. Any ideas?

| The SSR may be sticking closed or the fuser roller has blown a tube and the center lamp has heated the heat roller so much that it blows the thermostat when the side lamps come on. Sorry so late! |

That was a good call. the relay was the problem. I talked to KIPDOCTOR about the problem and that was what he suggested. Fixed it right up. I am sorry that I didn't post what fixed it sooner. This forum is really great for fixing problems. I have just been busy and forgot to update my post.
