hopefully someone can help me out....

we bought a KIP 3000 and when we try to install the KIP Request (6.5.80) we get the message 'error in check dir: C:\porgram files\kip\request\tr

we are using Win XP Pro SP 2. I tried it on 3 machines under local admin and I always get that error. Firewall and norton disabled.

the weird part is after the install is done (error free as well) I look in folder 'request' and 'TR' does not get created.
