I HAVE A KIP 3000 THAT THE CLIENT STATES IT JAMS ,SHOWS A JAM THE CAN T FIND ANY JAM THEY HAVE TO TURN OFF THE KIP AND IS OK BUT THEY LOOSE THE JOB THEY WANTED TO PRINT.ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

| DOES IT SAY WHERE THE JAM IS COMING FROM ON THE TOUCH SCREEN? POSSIBLE THE MACHINE IS NOT LEVEL? OR THE SPINDLE IS SLIPPING IN THE CORE. |

Probably a paper drive issue. There is a gear in the upper left of the paper drawer and drives the rolls. It may not be lined up correctly.
It could also be the paper core slipping on the spindle.
It could also be the spindle gear (black). It may be popping up sometimes.
