I've done many upgrades and I have never encountered this. I don't believe it was something that you did or didn't do. Auto should work, it is a factory setting. I would suggest going into service mode and try to "Restore Factory Hard Drive Image". If this doesn't work, try reghosting with another Ghost CD. There are things lost during upgrading, but it is usually just the things you input after, like keycodes, IP info and any other default settings.

I've made this mistake a few times too, so as a reminder, I suggest having the keycodes and writing the IP info off the touchscreen and any other default settings before reghosting. Less downtime for the client.

Hope this helps.

Is it picking 24" paper for your scan?

I think you have to be in Architectural mode instead of Engineering mode for it to autodetect 22" paper?
