thanks to everyone regarding my previous post about this 3000 printer & 300 stacker, it is up and running. having a small problem with the stacker, when running 30 x 42 inch paper. prints drop into stacker ok but the trailing edge stays on top of stacker. the next sheet out will hit it and push it the rest of way but after a few prints exit they start to get caught up on the previous print. then they will start to fall onto floor. it is fine with 48 inch prints. of course Kip support said they have never heard of this. anyone ever see this and anything i can do to correct it. this customer runs mostly 30 x 42 inch prints. if i can not get this stacker working for this size they want me to take it back and refund $$$. it states on the brochure and specifications about the max size nothing about not being able to stack smaller size. it is not like this is some small odd size! this is a standard size in engineering, etc. thanks for any help |
