A forum for us non Kip employees that find ourselves servicing other boxes like Xerox 8830's and Oce 9600's or even rebadged kips like K&E and JRL's? Or a micro film scanner attached to a KIp or a different scanner altogether. Just a thought. Sort of a wide format forum.

Jojo, at some point I may do that. For now I am going to stick to what I know best and what I can manage efficiently. As for the KIP employee comment, I am sure that there are no KIP employees on this site. A few ex ones like myself, but that's it. The KIP thought police would chastise any employee that even thought about coming here. I hear from the many friends I have at KIP (that are not on this board) that it is getting really bad there. I have heard the same from the many dealers that still contact me. Oh well, no worries mate.

As I find that i am sure some un offical support from direct is going on.

The overall concept is to support the product weather or not Employed.Ex-employed,Dis gruntuntaled, or whatever.
People need answers and how you geet them is moot. Just as long as we get them out there
