A customer called me and said that their scanner wasn’t working anymore. However; there is a red light with lines and dots on. I told them the toner is out in the printer. I then told them to look at the printer display and see if the toner is low. They said no, but the same light is on, on the printer. I told them that was the toner light and they needed to change the toner. The customer then asks me, will it still print even though the toner is out? Laughing
