Theres nothing better that the time I went out to install a 2000 engine and opened the back to reveal no controller at all...
KIP had to count their controller inventory because they said there was no way they could ever ship a machine like that... Sure enough.. 1 extra controller on hand...
I wish it wasn't typical, but ... |

Oh, yeah, That happened to me recently when I picked up my new Harley. It took them a while to find the engine in the warehouse.
Don't worry K mart, it happens to everyone.......NOT!
