| I have a customer with a KIP 3000... Every few days the touchscreen flashes "Printer Unavailable" and the only way he can get the machine to function is to pull the power cord. This has happened often enough that it is not a paper jam or door open.. I have seen it happen personally... I am going to go and reghost the controller... anyone else have any ideas about what is causeing the problem? |

| Which software ver do they have if it is 6.2 you need to get the update for 6.2 the update ver is 6.2.35 it not on kip site you have to call the hot line and get them to send it to your email. |
