Check your incoming power. A low house voltage will cause this. _________________ What we have gained in technology, we have lost in humanity. |

I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM WITH A 6K & A 2K PRINTER. TRY AND NARROW IT DOWN TO WICH ROLL IT IS ERRORING ON. BY DOING THAT YOU CAN RULE OUT THE CUTTER. ONCE YOU FIGURE OUT WHICH ROLL IT IS, CHANGE OUT THE CLUTCH ON THAT SPINDLE. THIS MAY SEEM ODD BUT THAT FIXED MY E-07 PROBLEMS. |

Thanks for you're post guys. it might be the low voltage, customer is a steel factory so I can see that being the case.
cuts are Square to page so i don't think its a clutch issue this time but I have seen that before too. _________________ Turning frowns upside-down |

Having the same problem here. Took apart cutter unit completely and found nothing. With error on machine I went into service mode to check position of cutter and found 90- h and 91- l, meaning the position was find. Seems to happen on 36 inch rolls only. Could it be the spindle or cutter motor getting lazy? Power is a dedicated 20 amp outlet. 116v all the time. |
